Why Finziva Uses Information

Loan Requirement and Mobile Verification Journey
The loan requirement journey is currently a front-end foundation. Mobile verification and secure lead submission are not active until the backend service is connected.
When the secure service is connected, Finziva may use the details submitted on the loan requirement page to contact the visitor and discuss the requirement. The website should not be understood as confirming loan eligibility, approval or any lending partner decision.
Contact and General Enquiry Information
The Contact page is for non-loan communication, existing enquiry follow-up, business enquiries, website issues, privacy requests and other general messages.
Contact form messages are sent through Finziva's server-side contact email flow when the configured email service confirms delivery. A success message is shown only after that server response.
Referral and Campaign Attribution
Links may contain referral, partner-link or campaign parameters. These values help preserve context but are not displayed as trusted partner identity on the website.
A referral parameter does not by itself confirm partner validation, reward eligibility, loan approval, or any benefit for a visitor or partner.
Sharing of Information
Finziva may share relevant information with internal team members, service providers, technology vendors or lending partners when needed to respond to an enquiry or discuss a loan requirement.
Information shared with lending partners may be reviewed under their own policies and decision processes. Visitors should review any terms or privacy information provided by those lending partners.
